When we arrived they did not have our reservation, we had to wait for over an hour for them to receive the reservation from Booked.net. The room did not have internet like it advertised- we had to get two different cord connectors before it would work. The bathroom was moldly and falling apart, the bed was well used and the pillows were awful.
Economical, clean, free wi-fi, continental breakfast, outdoor pool, parking at room door.
Uncomfortable mattress and torn bed sheets, pool rules not enforced (rude guests in pool area). Ground floor rooms accessible, but not sound proof..we heard every footstep of guests on 2nd floor. This was our second stay at Mesa Inn. We had a great first visit, but not-so-good second visit. Negativity based on location of room, the rooms on the side of property much more quiet! If you want quiet and guests without small children, this is not the place to stay.
It was in the right place as a stopover for on our trip, very easy to find, and very clean. Staff was friendly.
The light in our bathroom was loose, and no matter how much we tightened it, it kept coming loose, so it the flourescent bulb would not come on. Very annoying! And the "heated pool" wasn'T....
It was nice that they had a blow dryer and the ac kicked in really quickly.
It has a worn feel and the pool was very exposed as it is right by the parking lot, we chose not to swim because of that (and the pool chairs were all worn). **Also, we could not get Wifi even though we had a password, When we asked for help the person on duty didn't comprehend the problem- but the staff was very nice.
easy access, clean, comfortable with just the right amount of services for the money. close to freeway, and restaurants.
Nothing Really I will never stay there again
It was convenient and ready to serve. Good location with good access.
I was hot off the road and wanted to relax in the jacuzzi but there wasn't one. The pool closed at 9 pm and we didn' get to use it.
The check-in was easy and fast. The clerk was extremely helpful and pleasant answering my questions. She gave a great 1st impression to the hotel with her friendly personality and smile:)
The furniture was older and dated but served the purpose. For the price, I didn't expect to stay at the "Ritz."
attendent was nice easy check in.
Bed wasn't comfortable. Average room
To many flying bugs
reservation implied that room would have a fridge and microwave, which it had not. lady at the counter didn't care (or had a bad mood)
The motel was very close to the airport -- so my early flight out of Grand Jumction was easy to make. The cleaning staff was great -- apologized for the management and did their best to make the room nice.
I think that I could have done much better for the money than this place, however, once I was there, I was stuck! They charged me for the entire 7 night stay on the first night and gave me a receipt for it! When I questioned this, I was told that was their policy. If I wanted to leave early, they would refund the money - in a few weeks! The free breakfast was cereal, pastry, milk and juice. The pool wasn't open and when I told the "front desk" about a non-working lamp, I was treated very badly - told that I would have to wait until someone could be called at home to bring a new light bulb (which didn't fix the problem).
The exterior is really old and needs repairs, howevwer, the room is clean and everything is fine.
For the price this was an excellent stop over hotel. There were minor things such as very few thin towels and one extremely hard pillow. Overall I would stay again but would bring my own towels and pillows.
I did not like that there has no housekeeping after 9pm. I arrived at 9pm and one pillow was totally unacceptable. All I wanted was a real pillow.
It was clean.
The bed was not comfortable and the pool was not open.
